Dyno Dynamics adopts new communication technologyDBC2 have developed two EDMs (Electronic Direct Mail) for Dyno Dynamics, the leader in premium performance and dynamometer technology and their new affordable solution Dynotech.

The EDMs were developed around the customer care program, another initiative by DBC2’s marketing division to help mechanics inform their customers about the benefits of dynamometer tuning.

The EDMs, distributed through DBC2’s EMS (Email Marketing System), allow Dyno Dynamics to log in remotely and view detailed reports of who has opened the emails, what time they opened, if they clicked through to any other links, and more data that can be useful when developing future email campaigns.
