Leading Australian and New Zealand hose and fitting service provider, ENZED®, have announced that they will once again be the official partner of the Australian V8 Ute Racing Series 2013 Drivers Championship, continuing a major series sponsorship that began at the start of the 2011 season.
After a highly successful 2012 season, ENZED® will continue to support what has become one of Australia’s fastest growing motorsport categories.
Featuring 32 Holden and Ford V8 race utes, across eight championship rounds as a major support class for the V8 Supercar Championship Series, the Australian V8 Ute Racing Series offers a national footprint, regional profile and mainstream television coverage.
The series is televised nationally on the Seven Network, through Fox Sports, TV3 New Zealand, Motors TV Europe and across 40 countries worldwide.
V8 Ute rounds will be staged in all states of Australia plus the Northern Territory in 2013, with the series concluding at the Sydney 500 at Olympic Park in December.
“Sponsorship of the Australian V8 Ute Racing Series Drivers Championship is the perfect vehicle for ENZED® to connect with many of our customers as a lot of the fans of the V8 Utes work in industries where hydraulic hose and fittings are used on a daily basis,” said Ryan Mandelson, Marketing Team Leader at Parker Hannifin (Australia).
“Our support of the series allows us to reach a large percentage of our customers through both our presence at every race and our exposure through the television broadcasts on Channel 7.”
“We are proud to be continuing our association with the Australian V8 Utes, and we encourage all of the spectators to drop into their local ENZED® Service Centre to speak with one of our friendly Hose Doctors about our range of Australian Made hose and fittings.”
Sponsorship of the V8 Ute Series has provided ENZED® Service Centre franchisees with great opportunities to get involved. These include the ENZED® V8 Ute Road Show, where a small fleet of V8 Utes and drivers come to an ENZED® Service Centre for an afternoon of community activities, as well as at-track corporate hospitality packages at local V8 Ute events.
