DBC2 were proud to once again assist the Meguiar’s MotorEx team with pre-event promotion and full Media Accreditation and Management, allowing traditional media and social media influencers the opportunity to promote and cover the large and extremely popular event to their followers, viewers and readers.
With huge attractions such as Ryan Friedlinghaus of West Coast Customs, Speedhunters Live, Al and Woody from YouTube’s The Skid Factory, live drifting from The Drift Cadet team, many Aftermarket Businesses in the Herrod Performance Garage plus hundreds of spectacularly built and presented vehicles in the Street Elite Pavilion and the Rare Spares Real Street, the recipe was simply perfect for an ultimate weekend of passion for automotive.
The result was as expected – an outstanding success with many records broken throughout the weekend. A 30% larger increase in space at the Melbourne Showgrounds saw the largest crowds ever of over 30,000 spectators. Over 900 cars were on display and over 300 businesses were on-site to talk about their products and services.
DBC2 look forward to continuing our support to the Meguiar’s MotorEx event in the future and seeing even larger crowds than this year.
